Mmmmmm cookies! These are the bomb. So quick and easy to make and they’ve got nothing bad in them. If your kind of treat is along the lines of a chocolate brownie or caramel slice (yum!) then these will obviously be far less sweet and may take a bit of getting used to.

These would make a great treat for little humans that aren’t laden with sugar. Or maybe lactation cookie if you add brewers yeast? I’ll figure that one out when the time comes!

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
1 cup whole oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
dash vanilla essence
handful pumpkin seeds
Opt: 1-2 squares finely chopped 85% cocoa chocolate

Method:

Mash bananas with a form in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Add raw mixture to baking tray in cookie sizes (big, or small – up to you!). Press flat with a fork and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
