• About 800g lean beef mince
  • 2 heaped tsp dried cumin
  • 2 heaped tsp dried coriander
  • 1 heaped tablespoon American Mustard

  • Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands. 
  2. Squash into patties (aim for about 100g meat in each)
  3. Heat pan with butter, fry each side for 3 minutes until golden.
  4. Store in fridge for easy to grab meals eg) breakfast, lunch with salads, bun-less burger for dinner.
