A good quality protein powder is a a convenient way to bump up daily protein intake and make a smoothie jam packed with loads of nutrients. Aim to eat something small on the side,  I don’t always recommend drinking your calories as chewing helps to keep us full for longer. Enjoy a piece of toast on the side with cheese or avo, or a boiled egg as an example. 



1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder 
1 frozen banana (frozen tastes so much creamier than fresh) 
1 cup milk of choice (I use A2 or raw milk)
2 heaped Tbsp unsweetened yogurt (I use unsweetened Kalo, Anchor Protein or Gopala)
1 tsp Pics Peanut Butter


Pop all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. If it’s too thick just add a little extra water.
