INGREDIENTS

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds 
  • 2 TBSP slithered almonds
  • 1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
  • 1 TBSP buckwheat groats
  • 1 TBSP almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (add extra water if needed for more liquid).
  • 1/2 carrot + 1/2 apple
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of Nativa (for extra sweetening) optional
  • Serve with handful frozen blueberries on top

METHOD

  1. Pop all dry ingredients in a bowl or jar, add milk and vanilla. .
  2. Leave overnight.
  3. Serve with blueberries.
